Key Selling
Dual Industrial Print Heads — i1600 × 2 / XP600 × 2
The XT‑302 is fitted with two Epson i1600 or two XP600 industrial print heads that work in tandem. This dual‑head configuration boosts effective nozzle density, delivering faster print speeds and smoother color blends than single‑head DTF t‑shirt printers in the same category.
Up to 2400 dpi Print Resolution
Four resolution settings — 1080 / 1200 / 1800 / 2400 dpi — let operators balance printing speed and output quality for every job. At 2400 dpi, the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer reproduces ultra‑fine details, smooth photographic gradients, and sharp typography that simply cannot be matched by screen printing.
Precise Color Reproduction with CMYKW Pigment Ink
XOTO‑formulated DTF pigment ink covers the full CMYK color gamut, plus a dedicated White channel to create opaque underlays for dark garments. The end result is vivid, accurate color on both light and dark t‑shirts—a critical requirement for branded apparel and fashion decoration.
Integrated Powder Shaker + Oven in One Unit
The XT‑302 integrates a DTF powder shaker and an optional oven directly with the printer, eliminating the need for a separate post‑processing machine. After printing, the film passes through the shaker to evenly apply hot‑melt powder before curing, keeping the equipment footprint small and the workflow seamless for DTF t‑shirt production.
Universal Fabric Compatibility — No Pre‑treatment Needed
Unlike DTG printers that require pre‑treatment spray for cotton, the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer can transfer prints onto any fabric type without pre‑treatment: 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, blended fabrics, denim, canvas, leather, and more. A single machine can cover your entire product range.
No Minimum Order — Print‑On‑Demand Ready
Screen printing is only cost‑effective at high production volumes. The XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer remains profitable even for single‑unit orders, making it the ideal solution for print‑on‑demand businesses, custom merchandise shops, and personalized gift services.
White Ink Stirring + Circulation System
Without constant agitation, white ink settles quickly, leading to nozzle clogs and uneven opacity. The XT‑302 is equipped with an automated white ink stirring and closed‑loop circulation system that keeps white pigment suspended throughout the entire printing session, protecting print heads and maintaining consistent quality for the white underbase on every DTF t‑shirt transfer.
Motor Temperature Controller & Emergency Stop
A dedicated motor temperature controller monitors the heat of the carriage drive in real time, preventing thermal overload during long production runs. A front‑panel emergency stop button gives operators immediate safety control—features rarely found on entry‑level DTF t‑shirt printers.
Precision Paper Feeder + Ink Station Limiter
The precision film (paper) feeder maintains constant tension for straight, skew‑free media tracking across full rolls. The ink station limiter prevents over‑travel damage to the print heads, extending equipment service life in high‑throughput T‑shirt printing environments.
Dual Voltage — 220 V / 110 V Global Ready
With a power consumption of only 0.5 kW and compatibility with both 220 V and 110 V power supplies, the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer can operate in any country without an additional transformer—a key feature for global distribution and export sales.
Compact Footprint — 1700 × 750 × 900 mm
Despite its full set of professional specifications, the XT‑302 fits easily into small production spaces. The total 1700 mm length (for the combined printer and shaker) makes it a great fit for home studios, small print shops, and shared maker spaces where floor space is limited.
RIP Software Compatible — Maintop / Photoprint RIIN / Print Factory
The XT‑302 works out of the box with the industry's leading DTF RIP platforms. Color management, white‑ink choke adjustment, and gang‑sheet nesting can all be handled within familiar software environments, shortening the learning curve for new operators.

Applications
The XT-302 DTF T-shirt printer is engineered for versatile use. Its PET film transfer process works on virtually any soft or semi-rigid substrate, unlocking a wide range of revenue opportunities beyond T-shirt printing:

6 Simple Steps
The XT‑302 makes DTF t‑shirt printing straightforward for any operator. Follow these six steps to go from your original artwork to a finished garment:
Step 1 — Pick or Design Your Artwork
Create or select your design in any graphic application (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools). Export the file as a PDF, PNG, or TIFF with transparency preserved, to ensure the RIP software can generate an accurate white‑ink underbase.
Step 2 — Design & RIP the Pattern
Import the artwork into your RIP software (Maintop, Photoprint RIIN, or Print Factory). Adjust colour profiles, set white‑ink choke values, and nest multiple designs on a gang sheet to maximise film utilisation and lower the cost per print.
Step 3 — Print onto PET Film with the DTF T‑shirt Printer
The XT‑302 prints CMYK colours, followed by a white ink underbase layer, onto the PET film roll at your selected resolution (up to 2400 dpi). Its dual Epson print heads deliver smooth, consistent ink coverage across the full 300 mm print width.
Step 4 — Powder Shaking & Oven Curing
The printed film feeds directly into the integrated powder shaker, which evenly coats the wet ink with hot‑melt adhesive powder. The film then passes through an oven set to 160 °C–170 °C to melt and cure the powder, creating a flexible transfer that is ready to press.
Step 5 — Heat Transfer onto Fabric
Place the cured film face‑down on the T‑shirt or target substrate, and press it with a heat press machine at the recommended temperature and pressure for 15–20 seconds. The hot‑melt layer will bond permanently to the fabric fibres.
Step 6 — Peel & Complete Your Product
Peel off the carrier film (hot or cold peel depending on your film type) to reveal a vibrant, wash‑fast full‑colour print. Your finished DTF t‑shirt product is now ready to inspect, pack, and ship.

FAQ
Q1: What exactly is a DTF T‑shirt printer, and how does it work?
A DTF (Direct‑to‑Film) t‑shirt printer prints full‑colour artwork—including a white ink underbase—onto a PET carrier film using pigment inks. Hot‑melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink and cured in an oven. The finished transfer is then heat‑pressed onto a T‑shirt or any other fabric substrate, where the adhesive bonds permanently to the fibres. The carrier film is peeled away, leaving a soft, vibrant, wash‑fast print. Unlike DTG printers, a DTF t‑shirt printer requires no pre‑treatment and works on any fabric colour.
Q2: What fabrics can the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer decorate?
The XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer can transfer onto virtually any fabric: 100 % cotton, polyester, nylon, polyester‑cotton blends, denim, canvas, leather, faux leather, fleece, and spandex‑blend stretch fabrics. It also works on non‑textile substrates such as canvas bags, shoes, pillow covers, and tablecloths. No pre‑treatment spray is required on any fabric type.
Q3: Can this DTF t‑shirt printer print on dark‑coloured garments?
Yes. The XT‑302 prints a white ink underbase layer beneath the CMYK colours, ensuring full opacity and vivid colour reproduction on black, navy, dark grey, and any other dark‑coloured t‑shirts. This is a key advantage of DTF over sublimation, which cannot produce white and does not work on dark fabrics.
Q4: What is the print width and maximum print area of the XT‑302?
The XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer has a print width of 300 mm (approximately A3+ width). Using a gang‑sheet layout in your RIP software, you can tile multiple smaller designs side by side on a 300 mm wide roll to maximise film usage and reduce cost per transfer.
Q5: How fast does the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer print?
With i1600 heads in 6‑pass mode, the XT‑302 achieves 2.5–3.5 m²/hr. In 8‑pass precision mode, the speed is 1.5–2.0 m²/hr. With XP600 heads, 6‑pass speed is 2.0–3.0 m²/hr and 8‑pass is 1.0–1.5 m²/hr. For a typical A4‑size t‑shirt transfer (approx. 0.06 m²), the machine can produce 30–50 transfers per hour at production‑quality settings.
Q6: What is the difference between the i1600 and XP600 print head options?
The Epson i1600 is a newer‑generation industrial head with higher nozzle density, faster maximum fire frequency, and superior colour accuracy—making it the preferred choice for high‑volume DTF t‑shirt printing shops. The Epson XP600 is a proven, cost‑effective head with excellent print quality and wide spare‑parts availability, ideal for startups and small print‑on‑demand operations.
Q7: Does the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer come with software?
The XT‑302 is compatible with Maintop, Photoprint RIIN, and Print Factory RIP software. These are the industry‑standard DTF workflow platforms, supporting gang‑sheet nesting, ICC colour profile management, and white ink choke adjustment. Software licences are available optionally through XOTO — please confirm when ordering.
Q8: How durable are the DTF t‑shirt prints from the XT‑302?
DTF transfers produced by the XT‑302 are rated for 50 + wash cycles when heat‑pressed at the correct temperature (160°C–170°C) and pressure. The hot‑melt adhesive layer bonds deeply into fabric fibres, providing excellent peel resistance, stretch resilience, and colour fastness. Wash the finished garments inside‑out in cold or warm water for best longevity.
Q9: Does the machine include the powder shaker, or is it sold separately?
The XT‑302 is available as a complete package that includes either a roll‑type DTF powder shaker or a flat DTF oven, along with DTF powder, ink, film, and a heat press. Individual components are also available separately. Please contact the XOTO sales team to confirm the package configuration that best suits your DTF t‑shirt printing business.
Q10: What power supply does the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer require?
The XT‑302 operates on single‑phase 220 V or 110 V at just 0.5 kW—less than a standard household kettle. This low power draw makes it suitable for home studios, small shops, and office environments. No dedicated circuit is required in most locations.
Q11: What routine maintenance does the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer need?
Daily: run a nozzle check print before production; clean the wiper blade and capping station; check white ink level and stir cycle status; empty the waste ink box if needed. Weekly: clean the encoder strip (raster) and carriage guide rail; inspect the drive belt tension. Monthly: lubricate the carriage rails and check print head alignment. The white ink auto‑stir and circulation system handles the most maintenance‑intensive aspect automatically.
Q12: Can I use third‑party DTF ink in the XT‑302?
XOTO recommends using XOTO‑approved DTF pigment inks to maintain warranty coverage and ensure optimal print head performance and colour accuracy. Third‑party inks may be used at the operator's discretion, but XOTO cannot guarantee compatibility, wash durability, or print head longevity when non‑approved inks are used in the DTF t‑shirt printer.
Q13: What after‑sales support does XOTO provide?
XOTO provides video technical support after the warranty period, including remote troubleshooting sessions, maintenance guidance, and software setup assistance. Delivery of the XT‑302 DTF t‑shirt printer takes 3–15 business days, depending on destination. Spare parts—including print heads, belts, encoder strips, and ink system components—are available from XOTO direct.
Q14: What is the minimum order quantity for the XT‑302?
The MOQ is 1 unit. XOTO manufactures and ships single machines to individual buyers as well as volume orders for distributors and resellers. Volume pricing is available — please contact our sales team for a customised quotation.
