  • Eco-Solvent printers use solvent-based inks on flexible roll media (banners, vinyl, wallpaper), ideal for outdoor signage. UV Flatbed printers cure ink instantly with UV LED light and can print directly on rigid substrates (glass, acrylic, wood, metal, phone cases) up to a certain thickness.
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printer is the best choice. It prints a design onto special PET film with hot-melt adhesive powder, which is then heat-pressed onto fabric. It supports cotton, polyester, blends, and dark garments without pre-treatment.
  • UV DTF prints UV-cured ink on a special AB film that is then cold-applied to smooth surfaces (cups, bottles, phone cases, tiles) without a heat press. Regular DTF uses water-based ink + heat transfer for textiles. UV DTF targets hard surfaces; DTF targets soft goods.
  • UV Hybrid Printers combine roll-to-roll and flatbed capabilities. They print on flexible roll media (banners, wallpaper, leather) AND rigid flat boards (acrylic, wood, foam board, metal) in one machine, making them extremely versatile for mixed-production shops.
  • Sublimation works best on polyester content ≥70% and on polymer-coated hard substrates (mugs, phone cases, ceramic tiles). Cotton fabrics are not suitable for standard sublimation. For cotton, DTF printing is recommended.
